1. Lightweight, convenient, and easy to handle;
2. Low cost and low price;
3. The used paper cups can be recycled and recycled to save resources;
What is the process of disposable paper cups?
The heat-sealing performance and printing adaptability required for the processing of disposable paper cups require that the ink, solvent, dryness, etc. must be compatible with the paper cup. The quality of paper cups is the result of the combination of the paper cup printing process, paper cup printing paper, and paper cup printing ink.
Generally, water-based flexographic inks with better adhesion are used in paper cup printing to relatively improve the light resistance, heat resistance, acid, and alkali resistance of the paper cup, and reduce the appearance of discoloration, fading, and color shedding. In addition, the composition of the ink must comply with the Food Sanitation Law and the corresponding food packaging sanitation standards.
The solvent used in the printing of disposable paper cups cannot be swollen with PE film, nor can it contain water for imposition, so as to avoid curling the paper cup. After the paper cup is printed, the amount of residual solvent should be small to prevent friction and stain the printed matter. If the solvent is applied to the seal, the seal will not be tight, the adhesion will be poor, and even curls and bursts will occur.
After the paper cup printing is completed, the paper cup printing and drying temperature should not be too high. When the temperature is too high, a peroxide reaction will occur on the surface of the base film, resulting in poor heat sealing.
What kind of paper is used for the paper cup?
The paper used for paper cups is called edible packaging coated paper.
The original pulp of the paper is wood. The plastic film is called PE film.
The outside of the paper cup is made of paper. However, in order to achieve a water barrier effect, a layer of polyethylene water barrier film is coated on the inner wall.
What is the size of a general paper cup?
Our common paper cups are used for drinking water, beverages, and coffee. Therefore, considering people’s drinking restrictions, paper cups are generally divided into small cups, medium cups, and large cups.
The small cup size is 6.5 ounces, with a capacity of approximately 180ml, the upper and lower diameters are 70mm and 52mm respectively, and the height is 70mm.
The size of the middle cup is 9 ounces, about 220ml, the upper and lower diameters are 75mm and 52mm respectively, and the height is 85mm.
The capacity of the large cup is about twice that of the small cup.
How to typeset paper cups?
The paper cup typesetting method is characterized by the following specific steps: 1) First design the paper cup edge paper pattern according to the conventional method, 2) Input the new sample into the computer, form the mother sample, 3) Stack the mother sample into three pieces, and press the upper paper The two lower corners and the two ends of the lower paper have a 4mm overlap 3, and the middle of the upper paper and the middle of the lower paper has a 1.5mm gap 4, to remove the upper and lower excess lines, 4) The upper side of the two wings is widened by 1mm a. b Straight line, 5) Connect points a and b, the overlapping points c and the middle point d between the upper and lower papers into an approximate smooth curve. 6) Connect according to the above typesetting method. When connecting and typesetting, the overlapping lines are not allowed Differences, until the overlap is completely correct.
What are the printing processes of PE and PLA paper cups?
There are three types: offset printing, letterpress printing, and gravure printing.
What are the characteristics of paper cups?
①Light weight and anti-breakage. Compared with glass bottle cups, paper cups are lighter and have no risk of damage.
②Low cost. Lightweight can save circulation costs.
